On 9/22/10 gengelb asked, “I have been looking at the uEZ system and am unclear as to what kind of license covers it. The sourceforge page lists the project as being under the GPL, but the download contains neither a license file containing the GPL nor any notices in the uEZ files (not the components such as FreeRTOS) that the library is under the GPL.
The copyright notice in the uEZ files (pasted below) seems to indicate that only attribution in product documentation is required.
Some clarification on this issue would be appreciated.”

We are working on a proper response. In short, the intention is to be open source with reasonable limitations.
