Q&A: Flashing red LED lights – Smartlift controller

I have a Smartlift controller installed to raise and lower a large chandelier. It was installed 13 years ago when our house was built. Recently all of the LED lights began flashing red. Why would it do this suddenly? The chandelier is in the ceiling position and the lights work fine. I haven’t “touched” this controller in years. Should I just reset it? thanks
