Have you recently made some 2016 New Year’s resolutions? The team at Future Designs, Inc. has. We want 2016 to be our best year yet. So, we took our time in order to clearly identify goals that we would truly commit to for the year.
Our resolution process started by reflecting on 2015 and on our proudest accomplishments from the year. FDI launched a new website which makes it easier for our customers to find information, documentation and resources. We added a third product family, ΣyG®, to our lineup, and we announced the additions of Todd DeBoer, as VP of Software and Business Development, and John White, as National Sales Manager, to our team.
Then, we sent a survey out to you asking for some extra insight. From your responses, we are able to say that we take pride in our 26-year dedication to excellence and to relationships with FDI partners and customers. But, that’s not all we learned. You also indicated that cost and quality were among the top traits you look for when selecting a tech product or engineering service company.
From this reflection and insight we came up with these key resolutions: This year, FDI is resolved to focus on providing the right information for and about our products, improving the way we convey the value of our services, and maintaining the exceptional quality of our products. After all, we’re confident that FDI will save you time, money and hassle – but we want to make sure you feel that way, too.
Thanks so much to all who provided us with feedback. As a result of your time and effort, FDI made charitable donations to the Salvation Army, American Cancer Society, and the American Red Cross. That’s one more thing we’re proud to say we did in 2015 because of you.
