Currently we do not have a WinCE BSP for the LPC3250. You will need to contact NXP and see if they have a support package for WinCE. You might want to start at this page https://www.nxp.com/techsupport/index.php . You might also try posting this question on the LPC3000 yahoo groups page at https://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/lpc3000/
